The team behind DAF Day
DAF Day was started in 2024 by Chariot to mobilize DAF donors, nonprofits, and DAF providers to amplify their impact in one shared giving moment.
Chariot is the team behind DAFpay, a TIME Best Invention, and the DAF Fundraising Report, the only large-scale and data-driven research conducted on the nonprofit experience with DAFs. They’re focused on building the financial infrastructure for DAF and workplace giving, which includes the first-ever gift processing platform for nonprofits and fast, secure electronic disbursements for DAF providers.

The Chariot Deposit Account is required to access Disbursements or Gift Processing. Deposits in Chariot Deposit Accounts are eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000 per depositor, for each insurable capacity in which the account is held.
**Chariot runs an industry-leading compliance program and your verification signals to potential DAF donors that not only is your organization DAF eligible, but also that a verified Control Person with validated identity is engaged to utilize the donation promptly & effectively. Chariot accounts also all include a Chariot Deposit Account (CDA) to receive rapid, data-rich grant payments from participating DAF providers.
